Refund Policy In the event that your plane is grounded, due to airport closures, as a result of volcanic eruptions we will at no extra cost transfer your tour date in order to facilitate your NEW TRAVEL PLANS. If you cannot make NEW TRAVEL PLANS....we will make a refund. less 15% which is a booking fee & handling charge. All refunds will be made in (EURO less 15%)
