This is one of Irelands most inspiring landscapes.....your guide will take you on a guided
walking tour through the ruins of Saint Kevins monastic
settlementt (founded 6th century) located
deep within the Wicklow Mountains National park.....
You will have an oppertunity to walk through the valley to discover the
Upper and lower glacial lakes.
Glendalough is one of the most spectacular locations in all of
Ireland, its round tower and Celtic crosses are world
famous and are iconic images of Ireland.

A truely spectacular vista
awaits you as we travel high over the Wicklow mountains
along the
military road which was
constructed at the begining of the 19th century, across baron peat
bogs. Great photo stops as we travel through the Wild Irish
mountains. This area was used for many films, among them Braveheart,
Excalubar, the TV series Ballykisangel, the Tudors. Why not have
your very own PS I LOVE YOU moment,
just ask your guide and he will stop
anywhere along the route.

Glenmacnass
Waterfall
We are the Only Tour Company to
visit the Western Wicklow area, Mt. Mullaghcleevaun
(848m/2,781 ft.). during winter a raging river runs south at one point,
it reaches the edge of a plateau and flows off the edge quite
spectacularly. The valley below is a glacial gem,
with a wonderful sheep farm resting between sheer mountain sides. Glenmacnass
Valley was used for
the movie Leap Year.

Avoca Handweavers est 1723
Built on the banks of the Avoca River
from where it used to draw its power, visit a working hand weaving
mill. The mill itself was the fictitself dates from 1723, and is said to be the oldest
extant manufacturer in Ireland. The picturesque village of
Avoca ional home of the BBC's TV
series, "Ballykissangel"
